Robert, I submitted this patch with many other patches related to OCaml: see PR 262781. Many of these proposed updates depend on Dune: see PR 262783. Thus I'm not sure if this is possible to commit only devel/ocaml-uutf without the other related PRs, because all these ports are very outdated! Since it has not been possible to commit this batch of PRs, I do not intend to commit this one alone, but if you tested successfully, please go on.
@thierry I have no skin in the game, but was asked by a reddit user to help in getting www/geneweb updated. I have no experience with OCaml unfortunately.
