Patch for igt-gpu-tools

Fails to build with newer (stricter) versions of libxml2

Daniel,

I'm planning on completely overhauling this port in the coming months. As of right now, the igt_runner utility does not work. The upcoming revision should fix this along with your reported documentation build failure.
