Description dominic_marks 2002-05-11 12:40:01 UTC

Hackedbox is based upon the popular Blackbox window manager. It aims to
be fast and free of bloat. Several Blackbox features have been removed
in Hackedbox.

How-To-Repeat: NA.

These files conflict with the blackbox port/package. Unfortunately, the
FreeBSD ports system and package tools do not support conflicts. For my
openbox port, I changed the names of bsetroot and bsetbg to osetroot and
osetbg, thus avoiding the conflict.

PR 37959 also has a port of hackedbox, with the same problem. I am
working on a port based on my openbox port. Maintainership should go to
Dominic because he submitted the first PR. However, he can turn it over
to Pierre-Luc or to me if he wishes.

Since they are identical I decided to ignore them (evil I know). I
suppose for x11-wm/hackedbox hsetbg / hsetroot can be used.

This works fine, until someone who has installed both ports/packages
decides to de-install one of them.

My revised port of hackedbox is at
http://people.freebsd.org/~trevor/ports/hackedbox-tj.shar . Please check
it over and let me know about any objections.

I've just fixed the styles submenu (it had /usr/local/ hard-code in the
path). I put the new shar-ball in the same place.
