Some updates to audio/ripit:

 - Enable use of dd(1) for ripping the tracks
   (Patch from Lars Eggert)

 - Enable use of -q quality setting with oggenc
   (Idea by Tim Joseph)

 - Minor robustification of the --outputdir parameter

 - Fix WWW in pkg-descr

 - Update pkg-comment to reflect the reality wrt dependencies

This patch includes the patch in PR ports/35588, so that PR may be closed
as well.
