Description Ryan Grove 2002-07-04 06:20:01 UTC
NotFTP is a fully-featured and easy to use Web-based HTTP-FTP gateway written in
PHP. It supports all common FTP functions and allows the administrator to set a
maximum transfer size and a daily transfer quota for users. It is particularly
well-suited for making FTP accessible to users behind an HTTP-only proxy.

Refile this under ports/. I am not sure if the resulting PR can still
be useed to extract the PR, since mime seems to have messed the text
of the PR badly... but here it is.
