The expat library version 1.95.3 has a serious bug that break end tag reporting when using default namespaces. See bug #566334 at http://expat.sourceforge.net

Fix: 

Upgrade to expat 1.95.4

On my local environment, expat-1.95.4 is ready for committing. 

But shared library version number is bumped and there are too many 
dependets on expat. 

I'm listing up what port is depend on, but it requires more time...
