- Update to 2.0.2:
  - store generated files in ~/.keychain directory (can be overriden by --dir)
  - added support for ssh-askpass (set SSH_ASKPASS to enable)
  - --local has deprecated
  - miscellaneous fixes and performance improvements
- Use MASTER_SITE_SUNSITE (suggested by portlint)
- Install documentation, respect NOPORTDOCS
