Update www/middleman (maintainer): 1.7.1 -> 1.8 

* A new prefetching feature was added, which allows content such
  as images to be downloaded in the background in anticipation
  that the Web browser will soon request it
* Support was added for deflate encoding
* Support for gzip encoding was improved
