	PHP 4.3.4 has reorganized mbstring, and pear-mailparse is broken
	(noticed by "Ing.,BcA. Ivan Dolezal").

	This PR upgrades this port to its latest release and fixes the problem.

Fix: Pre-requisite: PR 59591 must be committed (missing php4 headers).

	Then, please apply the following patch:
How-To-Repeat: 	cd mail/pear-mailparse
	make
