updates net/gift 0.11.4 -> 0.11.5
add current Changelog to portsdocs (instead of obsolete)

Add a little patch that should fix gift-setup for some perl versions (e.g the one used in stable).
Actually I have no idea what the patch actually does but it seemed to work in a quick test (I got some hints mailed).
