srvx is misnamed!! irc/svrx should be irc/srvx !!

Fix: 

I submitted the port irc/srvx and even wrote a patch for it earlier today,
 But I am now noticing after cvsupping my ports tree that it was misnamed as
 'svrx' instead of 'srvx'!
How-To-Repeat: Rename irc/svrx folder to irc/srvx

I removed/re-added the port.
