cvsweb.cgi from devel/cvsweb 2.0.6 is broken with perl5.8 due to the
latter's stricter taint checks.

Probably the port should be updated to one of the newer releases
coming out of projects/cvsweb.

Temporary fix applied.  A real fix will come soon with the next update to 3.0.0.
