DISABLE_SIZE because the primary download size uses the publicfile
http daemon which does not report back the required information
(pointed out by Jason Harris).
No PORTREVISION bump since the distfile is available on the FreeBSD
mirrors already.

Fix: Apply this patch:
How-To-Repeat: Try to fetch the distfile without an HTTP proxy hiding the problem...
