Add a port of The Globus Toolkit 2.4.

	The Globus Toolkit is an open source software toolkit used
	for building grids. It is being developed by the Globus
	Alliance and many others all over the world. A growing number
	of projects and companies are using the Globus Toolkit to
	unlock the potential of grids for their cause.

This port includes all the Globus bundles except the Replica Services
bundle in one mega port.  Someday it should be refactored into a
meta-port that installed the packages contained within each bundle,
but this is useful and creation of those 75-100+ ports can wait for
another day.
