- make batch compiling nagios-plugins easier by supporting the environment
  variable NAGIOS_PLUGINS_OPTIONS which can be set to the set of options you
  want to compile the plugins with. Useful when used with portupgrade
- fix parameters passed to /bin/ps which is used by check_procs and check_nagios
