New port: net/py-bittornado version 0.1.4
	
BitTornado is a tool for distributing files. It's based on the BitTorrent
tool but has many enhancement over it 
- multitracker support - to have redundant tracker
- preferences menu for GUI client
- webseed support to have better control of download
- graphical torrent file maker
- experimental IPv6 support

Tested install and deinstall, as well as actual operation. Works just
