The distfile for /comms/xdx is unfetchable because qsl.net has died.
I have hosted the distfile here:
http://pg4i.mattsnetwork.co.uk/download/xdx-1.2.tar.gz

Fix: 

Please could a committer add the distfile to MASTER_SITE_LOCAL since
my hosting is traffic limited. Could you also update the reference in the 
Makefile to suit.

This problem will also affect /comms/xlog and I have hosted the distfile
for the updated version of this which I submitted in PR66778 in the same
place. The 0.9.2 version of the port is currently broken, so there is no
point uploading the old version.
How-To-Repeat: 
Attempt a download of the distfile referenced in the Makefile
