- Update to 5.7.2
- bin/pcgen.sh is now added to the packing list through PLIST_FILES

NOTE: For those who exprience exceptions being thrown when exiting PCGen,
please be aware that this issue is not related to the port but to PCGen itself.
I guess the developpers only install PCGen in user space (or develop it on
Windows, which is more likely). I am trying to get this fixed. I don't have
enough time right now to dump into the source code as this is quite a big
project but volunteers are welcome:
