Log4cxx is a port to C++ of the Log4j project. 
The goal is have the same functionnalities and interfaces of log4j.

New port added, thank you! 

Please note I flipped documentation build to default off, 
it's nasty to force users to build such a huuge tool as a doxygen 
just to build docs. 

I also limited the port to FreeBSD 5.x, I was unable to compile it on 4.x
