japanese/plain2 is broken. 
it causes core dumps, using with -tex flag.

How-To-Repeat: % echo | plain2 -tex
\newif\ifNTT\NTTfalse
\ifx\gtfam\undefined\ifx\gtfamily\undefined\NTTtrue\fi\fi
\ifNTT\documentstyle[]{j-article}
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
