Description Natanael Copa 2005-02-10 12:50:14 UTC 
	Updated makefile for the bugfix release 2.19. This release fixes some
	deactivation/reactivation problems when the internet connection is
	unstable.

	Tested on freebsd 4.11 and 5.3
