      Inside Gnome desktop and I click logout, but then I cancel it. The CPU utilization goes up to 100% but the system is still responsive. There are many process (like gnome applet, etc...) that are 100%.

Fix: 

Don't know
How-To-Repeat:       logout -> cancel in Gnome
