This patch provides a new MASTER_SITES for misc/gkrellweather

the fetch problem seems to be not the only problem. port compiles but
RUN_DEPEND misc/wmweather does not provide ${X11BASE}/bin/GrabWeather
anymore. Thus gkrellm can't load the plugin:

$ gkrellm -w
GrabWeather: not found

Unless MAINTAINER wants to fix this maybe the port should be marked:

BROKEN=		"dependency does not exist anymore"
