I have changed jobs recently and no longer have enough time to maintain these ports,
drop maintainership and let someone else have a go.

Change all maintainers to ports@freebsd.org in the following ports:

	chinese/firefox-zh_CN
	chinese/firefox-zh_TW
	chinese/pcmanx
	japanese/firefox-ja_JP
	textproc/scim-input-pad
	www/b2evo
	www/dokuwiki
	www/phpmyfaq

Fix: 

Modify MAINTAINER in all Makefile.
