This port does not respect non-standard LOCALBASE/X11BASE settings, reported by Kris Kennaway

Fix: ./bind9-sdb-ldap.orig/files/patch-sdb_ldap ./files/patch-sdb_ldap
How-To-Repeat: # make clean; make package PREFIX=/var/tmp/port-name
