	This patch will update devel/xtl to version 1.4.2. This version adds the following features/bug fixes:

	- Compliance with 2-stage lookup for templates. 
	- Now compiles with g++ 3.2.2 and g++ 3.4.2 on Linux, 
	  g++ 3.3.3 on Cygwin, and MSVC7.1 on Windows.
	- Fixed small bug in GIOP.
