P5-xerces-p NEW PORT
       XML::Xerces is the Perl API to the Apache project's Xerces XML
       parser. It is implemented using the Xerces C++ API, and it provides
       access to most of the C++ API from Perl.

Some comments:
* I think the port name should be like in old days[1]: p5-XML-Xerces
    because it's XML::Xerces. So we'll end up with p5-XML-Xerces-2.7.0.0 .

* following mini-diff:
-IGNORE=                This port requires perl 5.6.1 or later. Install lang/perl5 then try again
+IGNORE=                this port requires perl 5.6.1 or later. Install lang/perl5 then try again

Looks good otherwise.

Port renamed to p5-XML-Xerces.  SHAR and TAR posted at 
http://www.kodem.com/ports,  my personal website.  Minor diff provided 
be Bjoern added.
