    Port changes:
    - update to latest version ( 2.0.7 -> 2.1.1 )
    - mysql++ now uses gmake to build library and examples
    - removed files: files/*
    - added files: files/patch-Makefile.in
		    
    Library's changelog can be found at http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/ChangeLog
