	This pr contains an update to the dkim-milter port to bring it
        to the recently released 0.4.0 version, bringing in line with the
        latest IETF draft specifications.

        The patch also includes a fix to the milter-dkim.sh RC(NG) file
        which previously failed under FreeBSD 5.4 (possibly others too).
