	Update science/hdf5 to version 1.6.5 to make it fetchable again, as
	older versions are not available on the MASTER_SITE.
	This was reported by the "Unfetchable distfiles reminder" eMail.

	Add a new file to pkg-plist.
	While i'm here, remove USE_REINPLACE.

Fix: - apply the patch
