Description Nick Barkas 2006-05-16 05:50:18 UTC
I have a patch I wish to apply to the sysutils/ipmi-kmod port from Dmitry Frolov <frolov@riss-telecom.ru>. He has added support for FreeBSD 5.x, and also done some general fixups to how the port installs and removes the kernel module and header file.

Fix:

Patch available here: http://dpw.threerings.net/projects/ipmi-kmod/ipmi-kmod.patch

How does this updated patch look:
http://people.freebsd.org/~lawrance/patch-ipmi-kmod

I used SUB_FILES/SUB_LIST to prevent hardwiring /kernel/modules
into pkg-install and pkg-deinstall, tidied up the PLIST_FILES
lines, and made use pkg-install in the post-install target.
