Dear maintainer, I've noted that 0.90.10 is 
developer release, are you confident of this version?

0.90_10 (developer release) is API incompatible with
the latest non-developer release. 0.90_10 should
sooner or later become the latest non-developer
release.
I personally dont have use for the current
non-developer release. If there is someone, we could
have 2 ports:
net/p5-Net-SFTP-Foreign
net/p5-Net-SFTP-Foreign-devel
until then I'll stick to the one I submitted.
