This port is to replace russian/xpi-imagezoom as far as from version 0.2.7 it contains russian locale (and many other locales too) in base distribution, so there is no need for separate language-based port. russian/xpi-imagezoom can be safely deleted. May be mention about port changes in MOVED will be nice idea?
