- removed support FreeBSD 4.x (EOL)
- fixed pkg-plist also.
- added NOPORTDOCS also.

Port maintainer (bananaz@bk.ru) is cc'd.

4.x support revmoved; the rest of the changes are soooo wrongly done ...
