This patch updates Opera to version 9.51. The package is still spreading to the mirrors. 9.51 is a recommended update.

Committed. Since none of the mirrors are sync'ed yet I put official ftp 
and my mirror first. When submitting a PR with a security update please 
also submit a vulnxml entry. thanks
