Is this software version even still useful ?  Wouldn't it be better to 
remove it ?  nagios-> nagios2 and nagios-devel > nagios

It's not longer supported but does have hooks into larger databases,  
something the newer versions don't have.  Once net-mgmt/ndoutils fills  
the gap, then it should probably be removed.
