Update x11-toolkits/gtk-sharp20 to the latest version (2.12.8), including change of MASTER_SITES (Novell's mirror is somewhat behind). This is a prerequisite for updating (and unbreaking) graphics/f-spot (will be send in a seperate PR). The patch listzed under Fix is also available at http://burggraben.net/hacks/x11-toolkits_gtk-sharp20_2102-2128.diff and a new port directory at http://burggraben.net/hacks/gtksharp20_port2128.tar.gz

Justed updated the BSD# repository from 2.12.7. This patch seems okay! Let's commit it (and stop F-spot from crashing every once a while with some strange message ... or maybe it is a coincidence). We just have to take care that the maintainer address is kept to mono@FreeBSD.org since I completely failed to get informed about this PR before finding it looking for something else.
