Hello, Sorry for the late reply, haven't had a X11 enabled FreeBSD machine to my disposal for a while (Also had some problems with the mangled patch, and later I forgot :-| ). Please revert this patch, plugins do not load correctly. This is a known problem and the reason I didn't update this port in the first place. This problem comes and goes with different scribus versions, to date I haven't found a solution. Regards, Martin
Hi Martin, Which version of FreeBSD do you use? I was the last to update the port, I am not the maintainer, but knowing the version you're using, I will try to install it and check the error you are having. Hi, I tested this specific patch on FreeBSD 7 STABLE only, but I had this problem in the past on FreeBSD 6 too. Since I took maintainership: 1.3.3.8 worked. 1.3.3.9 and 1.3.3.10 didn't work. 1.3.3.11 worked. 1.3.3.12 and 1.3.13 don't work. Not sure about earlier versions ... Happens with both GNU autotools and CMake build systems. 1.3.5 is close to release, I had some good results with 1.3.4 test builds I did, but that was some time ago.
Ok, I'll do some tests. 2009/7/1 Martin Tournoij <carpetsmoker@rwxrwxrwx.net>: > On Wed, 1 Jul 2009 15:28:05 -0300, Sylvio Cesar <scjamorim@bsd.com.br> > wrote: >> Hi Martin, >> >> =A0 =A0 =A0Which version of FreeBSD do you use?
