astro/gpsd has an option to build xgps and xgpsspeed, but doesn't actually install the two programs. Fix: I don't know, sorry How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/astro/gpsd && make config ..check the top option to build xgps... make install clean verify that xgps is still not installed
