This patch adds a rudimentary ${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d script for running the optional pfstatd daemon.  The usual /etc/rc.conf variables apply (ie. pfstatd_enable="YES", pfstatd_flags="-a [addr] -p [port] -u [user]").
