Way back when I submitted it, Sept. 1 was = sufficient. ;-) As for why, 1.8 has been out for many months now, and no development is = being done on the 1.6 branch anymore. When 1.8 was first released, I = wanted to make it available through ports, but I recognized that some = users may not have wanted to upgrade right away while some of the bugs = were shaken out. So, the zabbix16* ports were created for those users.
