If the WITH_NLS option is selected in devel/binutils, it leaves some files behind (found with ports tinderbox)

Fix: See attached patch

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: Install devel/binutils with WITH_NLS set. Uninstall it. See leftover files.
