- update to 2.0.11

tested with tests included into package. 
there is two failures in LDIFTest module: 

1) Net_LDAP2_LDIFTest::testConstruction
Failed asserting that <resource:Resource id #156> is null.

/usr/local/share/pear/tests/Net_LDAP2/AllTests.php:23
/usr/local/share/pear/tests/Net_LDAP2/AllTests.php:48

2) Net_LDAP2_LDIFTest::testWrite_entryChanges
Failed asserting that two arrays are equal.

but i believe they not important.
