update science/gromacs port from 4.5.3 to 4.5.4

Hi,

i am working on the update, however tinderbox reports some strange gcc 
errors on 7 and 8-STABLE on i386 9 is fine as is amd64 (7, 8 and 9), 
that's why i have not committed the update yet.

Your patch is missing and update to pkg-plist.

I'll commit the update as soon as i figure out what's wrong with i386.

Do you by change run i386? It could be that the errors are due to some 
options set on the 7 and 8 jails.
