A new version of libkate has been released on 2010-08-10. Previously - about 4 months ago - I filed a pr (155280) about two problems with the port but no one took care of that and the maintainer seems totally disappeared. So I fixed the port as in the previous pr and updated it to the latest available version. Fix: Patch attached with submission follows:
Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->anders@FreeBSD.org Fix synopsis and assign.
Oh! Perfect! Assigned to anders@FreeBSD.org@FreeBSD.org (look at "Responsible:") again!
Responsible Changed From-To: anders@FreeBSD.org->anders Fix assignment (remove @FreeBSD.org part).
Sorry bsam, but the problem is not the extra @freebsd.org. The problem is that I sent this pr after this one http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=155280 filed on March 5th and still there as anders@ looks disappeared since a long time. I also posted a message in the ports mailing list asking if he is supposed to be still active. Maybe the ports he maintains should be reassigned.
Class Changed From-To: update->maintainer-update submitter is now maintainer.
Responsible Changed From-To: anders->freebsd-ports-bugs
Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->stephen I'll take it.
State Changed From-To: open->closed Committed, thanks!
