New port: mailutils, which is a -according to its author- a swiss army knife of electronic mail handling. It offers a rich set of utilities and daemons for processing the e-mail. Fix: Patch attached with submission follows:

First of all, thanks for this submission. I understand it has been a while since you sent this PR, and I hope we can soon get this port into the tree. Having said that, there are quite a few problems with your submission. Rather than listing them all here, I am testing a few changes and will follow-up with a new shar for your review. Thanks for your patience. -- Sahil Tandon <sahil@FreeBSD.org>
A revised shar is attached. Because I made several changes, it would not be surprising that I made a mistake or went against your style preferences. Please let me know if you notice anything wrong or have any objections. Thanks again for your submission. -- Sahil Tandon <sahil@FreeBSD.org>

Here's another revision of the shar. I noticed that bin/popauth is _never_ installed, and accordingly adjusted the Makefile and pkg-plist. Is there a reason popauth is never installed? Also, why can't we default many of the options to 'ON' - at least the one's that do not involve an additional dependency on another port? Looking forward to your feedback. -- Sahil Tandon <sahil@FreeBSD.org>
Forgot the attachment in my previous follow-up; here it is. -- Sahil Tandon <sahil@FreeBSD.org>
While waiting for your feedback, I tried a few different OPTIONS and noticed that the packing list was incomplete when mailutils is built --with-python. This revision of the shar addresses that issue and I have also simplified the Makefile. The more I review this port, the more I see opportunities for improvement, so you might see a few more follow-ups from me by the time this PR regains your attention! :) -- Sahil Tandon <sahil@FreeBSD.org>
Attached is another iteration of the shar. This port still needs some work and before it can be committed, we need the submitter (or another interested party) to get involved. Until then, given the feedback timeout period as lapsed, I am sending this back to the pool. -- Sahil Tandon <sahil@FreeBSD.org>
