The checksum value of distinfo for sysutils/smartmontools is incorrect, and building the ports aborts. Fetched port date: Sat Oct 22 08:34:13 JST 2011 (JST = UTC+9 hrs) Fix: Fetch the right distfile from http://sourceforge.net/projects/smartmontools/files/smartmontools/5.42/ with the name of smartmontools-5.42.tar.gz and do "make makesum" is my workaround. The content of distfile should be checked. How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/sysutils/smartmontools && make

Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->eadler I'll take it.
State Changed From-To: open->feedback Can you please confirm that the distfile is still correct?
A new tarball was uploaded after the release, according to: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.utilities.smartmontools.announce/30 Best regards, Daniel
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 There is a valid GnuPG signature for the revised tarball, and Franke's announcement that the original tarball lacked a PKG_CONFIG related expansion (see URL above in PR) seems plausible: autoconf just warns about missing macros and leaves them unexpanded, not necessarily leading to ./configure issues -- instead, syntax errors in the shell script might only show for particular options. It would seem in order to change distinfo to: SHA256 (smartmontools-5.42.tar.gz) = b664d11e814e114ce3a32a4fa918c9e649c684e2897c007b2a8b92574decc374 SIZE (smartmontools-5.42.tar.gz) = 742138 To fix the non-fetchability of the port. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAk6j6z4ACgkQvmGDOQUufZVOogCfXRz+k//njIILC1yjgaitnlcr DbkAn2NZlq2sTgVvs3ayI2MAPaujBUEV =KlF6 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
