with the latest ports emulators/mtools and textproc/multimarksown, the file /usr/local/bin/mmd is getting rewritten by the installation latest of them two.

How-To-Repeat:   $ portinstall mtools-4.0.10_3 multimarkdown-3.2
  [...]
  $ pkg_info -xL multimarkdown-3.2 | grep -r '^/usr/local/bin/mmd$'
  /usr/local/bin/mmd
  $ pkg_info -xL mtools-4.0.10_3 | grep -r '^/usr/local/bin/mmd$'
  /usr/local/bin/mmd
