Distfile was rerolled. Added Cmake and Visual Studio support and a test. No effect on the package.

Sorry if it wasn't clear - upstream added some files but didn't change
the version number. So there are two different szip-2.1 files. The
port needs to have distinfo updated for the new version (otherwise you
get a checksum error). I sent the diff so you can see that it is a
safe change and won't affect FreeBSD.
