Updating notmuch to the latest release 0.14.

Please note that PR ports/174229 has just been submitted.

If it contains a patch for an upgrade, an enhancement or a bug fix

The link below does not work (No PRs Matched Query). I have been e-mailing 
with Ross Timson who has been trying to get the port updated to the 
current release. He said he simply bumped the version number for the 
package, so I believe the patch is most likely from him.

I am only the maintainer because there was no port for this application 
when I wished to install it and Ross has showed interest in maintaining 
the port, something I have no problems with since I simply currently do 
not have the time to maintain it myself.

I do not know the procedure for "passing on" a port to a new maintainer, 
if you could tell me the procedure or perform the action yourself, that 
would be great.
